Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders unless explicitly stated otherwise. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our No Refund Policy.
We understand that circumstances may vary, but we have established this policy to ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all our customers. Reasons for not providing refunds include, but are not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incompatibility with existing systems or devices.
- Failure to read product/service descriptions, specifications, or terms of use.
- Incorrect product selection or accidental purchase.
- Delayed or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays or acts of nature.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the product or service provided.
Exceptions to this policy may only be made in cases where the product or service delivered is faulty or damaged. In such a case, unboxing video of the product is a must without which damage claims cannot be considered.
Shipping:
We ship using e-commerce partners ( Delhivery/fedex) or standard courier companies.
Shipping provider is chosen based on the serviceability of the customer location to make sure there is no delay or confusions in the delivery.
