Each garment from The Dreamy Panda is created exclusively upon order confirmation, ensuring a considered and intentional production process.

As all pieces are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for change of preference or incorrect size selection. We kindly request that you review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Replacements

In the rare event that your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Damage during transit

  • An incorrect item delivered

Our Client Care team will be pleased to assist with a replacement.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear videos of the concern.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Kindly Note

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings

  • Slight print placement differences within production tolerance

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Refunds are not typically offered. Where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be considered in the form of Store Credit.

We currently accept secure prepaid online payments only. Cash on Delivery is unavailable.
